1. There is a minimum stay of two nights.
2. A one-night minimum deposit is required for every two nights booked.
3. Deposits are returned if notice is received at least seven days prior to arrival date. No refund is given with fewer than seven days' notice, unless the unit can be re-rented.
4. Any balance is due at check in.
5. Sorry, there are no facilities for children or family pets.
6. Smoking is limited to outside areas only.
